A listening, attention, imagery, understanding, and action system for children.
Foundation: We believe genius is within every child. In The Genius Within, genius means acting on a level of high intelligence. This system helps parents, caregivers, and teachers guide children through true hearing.
Genius Within practice starters: Use these to prepare short listening, imagery, understanding, and action practices for children.
These short daily drills help caregivers awaken the intelligence, curiosity, kindness, imagination, and confidence already growing inside every child.
Short daily listening drills for The Genius Within. These drills help children practice true hearing: Sound → Attention → Image → Understanding → Action.
Use one drill for a short daily practice. Caregivers may repeat the same drill with new examples until listening, attention, imagery, understanding, and action become stronger.

Your personal Round Table is ready.
Welcome to the Round Table
A place where every voice has value and every role is respected.
EthiCo does not control the meeting. EthiCo supports the table when asked. People remain responsible for judgment, decisions, and final review.
This is your Round Table workspace. Bring people together by name and position, let each person speak under their own identity, organize the discussion, and prepare a final meeting paper. Your saved Round Table papers remain separated under your signed-in EthiCo account.
Built on this principle: when people are heard and valued, the best in them can come forward.

Law Tutor Guide
EthiCo Law Tutor supports legal education, law-school-style practice, legal writing development, and bar-exam preparation. It teaches and guides the learner rather than taking over the learning process.
EthiCo Law Tutor is an educational workspace. It does not provide legal advice, represent users, predict legal outcomes, grant academic credit, replace a law school or professor, or replace an official bar-preparation program.
Select the starter that matches the skill you want to develop. The selected starter prepares the request area with a guided learning direction.
Use Law Tutor to learn a legal subject or doctrine in clear, organized steps. Include the subject, the specific topic, what you already understand, and what is confusing.
IRAC practice develops Issue, Rule, Application, and Conclusion. The learner should identify the issue, state the governing rule, apply that rule to the facts, and reach a supported conclusion.
Issue Spotting Practice trains the learner to recognize legally important facts and possible claims, defenses, duties, rights, and procedural questions before writing the analysis.
Rule Recall Practice asks the learner to remember and state the governing rule before EthiCo strengthens weak areas and provides a quick retest.
Fact Application Practice teaches how to connect specific facts to each part of a legal rule. Strong analysis explains why the facts support or weaken each side.
Bar Essay Practice guides issue spotting, outlining, IRAC organization, timed writing, weak-spot review, and focused retry. The learner should attempt the work before reviewing a completed explanation.
MBE-Style Reasoning trains the learner to choose an answer, eliminate weaker choices, identify the controlling rule, and understand why the strongest answer is better than the others.
MPT practice helps organize the task memo, file, legal library, work plan, writing structure, and time allocation. It focuses on using the supplied materials rather than outside legal memory.
Weak Spot Review identifies what went wrong, explains the correction, gives a smaller practice step, and checks the skill again.
Timed Essay Practice, Pressure Training, Timed IRAC Drill, Timer Freeze Recovery, and Exam Calm Plan help the learner maintain structure and make the next useful decision under time pressure.
The response may be edited in the response area. Use Copy, Print, Download, or Save Response when needed. Saved Law Tutor work remains separate from Work Assistant saved work.
Select View Saved Law Work to open the Law Tutor library. Open a saved item to review or continue it. Close Law Library hides the saved-work panel without deleting the saved responses.

Practical support for running the everyday work of a small business.
EthiCo is a calm assistant for your work. It does not replace you, make decisions for you, or send anything on its own. You stay in control at all times.

This workspace is for the everyday operating work of a small business, office, owner, manager, or team.

Pastoral & Ministerial Support
Your ministry, organized in one place. Prepare sermons and Bible studies, care for people, stay connected, organize ministry responsibilities, and handle everyday ministry work at church, at home, or on the go.
EthiCo supports your ministry. It does not replace prayer, Scripture, spiritual discernment, pastoral judgment, or your relationship with the people you serve. You remain the minister, teacher, shepherd, and final voice.
The Ministry Center is the introduction, instruction, and navigation center for EthiCo's ministry tools. Each ministry tool has its own focused workspace so you do not have to work through one crowded page.
Use this page whenever you want to understand what a ministry tool does, when to use it, and how to get the best results from it. When you are ready to work, open the appropriate ministry tool from the navigation bar or from the Open button in its explanation below.
You do not need special commands. Tell EthiCo what is happening in your own words. Give the information you know: the situation, the people involved, what you are trying to accomplish, and any circumstances that matter. EthiCo can organize a useful starting point without requiring you to complete an unnecessary long intake process.
Review EthiCo's work before using it. You know your congregation, ministry, people, responsibilities, and circumstances. EthiCo provides support and organization; you make the final ministry decisions.
Use Sermon Builder when you are preparing a sermon, preaching message, sermon outline, special-service message, devotional message, Scripture flow, opening, development, application, or closing direction.
Give EthiCo the Scripture, subject, occasion, audience, central truth, direction, notes, or ideas you already have. The more useful information you provide, the more closely the preparation can follow your direction. You remain the preacher and final voice.
Use Bible Study when you want to investigate a Scripture passage, Bible subject, word, theme, related Scriptures, context, or question as deeply as you choose.
You lead the study. EthiCo supports it. You may ask EthiCo anything during the study, follow related questions as far as you want, use the Strong's Greek and Hebrew Word Definition tool when you want word-level information, and save your notes for later review.
Bible Study is for investigation and understanding. When your purpose becomes sermon preparation, use Sermon Builder.
Use Pastoral Care when someone is grieving, sick, discouraged, struggling, facing a family concern, needing prayer, needing a visit, or needing thoughtful pastoral follow-up.
Describe the situation in your own words. EthiCo can help you organize preparation for a visit, words of encouragement, a care response, prayer direction, and appropriate follow-up. Adjust the response according to your knowledge of the person and your pastoral judgment.
Use Ministry Communication when you need to stay connected with visitors, members, families, volunteers, leaders, or the community.
EthiCo can help prepare visitor follow-up, encouragement, absent-member contact, prayer messages, announcements, texts, emails, and social-ready ministry communication.
EthiCo prepares the communication. Nothing is automatically sent. You review it and decide whether, when, and how it should be used.
Use Follow-up so important ministry needs are not forgotten. Review people needing attention, pastoral-care follow-up, communication needs, sermon work, and unfinished ministry matters.
Follow-up helps answer a simple ministry question: What still needs attention? From there, decide the next step and return to the appropriate ministry workspace when more preparation is needed.
Use this workspace to train, organize, and lead ministry workers, volunteers, leaders, teams, meetings, responsibilities, programs, and practical ministry follow-through.
Tell EthiCo what the team needs to understand, practice, decide, improve, or accomplish. It can prepare a practical starting plan for worker training, volunteer orientation, leadership meetings, role clarification, church programs, or team concerns.
This workspace is about people, teamwork, responsibilities, preparation, and leadership. Sermon preparation belongs in Sermons. Scripture investigation belongs in Bible Study.
Use Plan My Ministry Work when services, appointments, visits, meetings, responsibilities, preparation, priorities, and unfinished work are competing for your attention.
Tell EthiCo what is in front of you. You may enter today's work, the coming week, upcoming services, people you need to visit or call, meetings, ministry responsibilities, unfinished items, or all of them together. EthiCo can organize the information into a clear usable plan.
EthiCo helps organize and prioritize the work. It does not create commitments, contact people, or place appointments onto an outside calendar merely because they appear in the plan.
Use Prayer & Devotional Life for personal spiritual preparation: prayer needs, devotional preparation, Scripture meditation, ministry reflection, and preparing yourself before serving others.
Bring a Scripture, prayer concern, ministry burden, devotional thought, reflection, or area in which you want to prepare yourself. EthiCo can help organize the material, prayer concerns, meditation direction, and questions for reflection.
EthiCo does not replace prayer, Scripture, spiritual discernment, or your relationship with God. EthiCo does not claim divine revelation and should not tell you that God has spoken something you did not provide.
Use Quick Ministry Help when you are moving quickly and need an immediate useful ministry starting point without opening a larger preparation process.
Examples include preparing for a hospital visit, finding Scripture direction, organizing urgent follow-up, preparing a short message, getting ready for a meeting, or sorting today's ministry priorities.
Tell EthiCo what you need right now. Quick Ministry Help keeps the response focused and practical. If you later need deeper work, move directly into the appropriate full Ministry Center workspace.
Ministry work naturally moves from one responsibility to another. You might study a passage in Bible Study, prepare the sermon in Sermons, care for someone through Pastoral Care, prepare a message through Ministry Communication, and then remember the next contact through Follow-up.
You do not need to force every ministry task into one workspace. Use the tool that matches what you are doing now. The Ministry navigation at the top of each workspace allows you to move directly to the other Ministry Center tools.

Writer Studio Guide
Writer Studio brings your writing, project structure, optional assistance, saved work, formatting, and writing lessons into one organized workspace. The Writing Box remains the center of the system, and your original words remain under your control.
Planning is available, but it is not required before you begin writing. Writers who prefer to begin immediately may go directly to the Writing Box.
Fiction projects may be organized into Parts, Chapters, and Scenes. Non-fiction projects may be organized into Parts, Chapters, and Sections. Choose the structure that fits the work rather than forcing every project into the same pattern.
Front Matter includes pages placed before the main writing, such as a Title Page, Copyright Page, Dedication, Preface, or Introduction. Back Matter includes pages placed after the main writing, such as About the Author, Notes, Resources, or an Appendix.
Selecting one of these pages opens its own writing in the main Writing Box. Add, rename, or delete pages according to the needs of the project.
The Project Navigator holds the structure of the complete project. Select an item to open its writing. Rename an item with the edit control, add another item with the appropriate Add button, or remove an item with the delete control.
The Project title names the complete work, such as a whole book, collection, course, or manuscript. The Document title names only the chapter, section, scene, page, letter, article, or other writing currently open in the Writing Box.
Save Writing saves the named writing currently open in the Writing Box. Saving the same name again updates that saved writing.
Save Project saves the complete project, including its project details, structure, renamed items, and writing stored under its pages, parts, chapters, scenes, or sections.
Save Project protects the complete project. Open Project reopens a saved project. Close Project closes the project currently open without deleting saved projects. New Project begins a clean project while leaving previously saved projects available.
Use Project Planning Notes for goals, research, historical background, Scripture references, quotations, possible outlines, reminders, and ideas that should remain visible while you work. Write the actual manuscript in the Writing Box.
Compile Full Writing brings the written pages, parts, chapters, scenes, or sections together into one complete copy. The original individual writing remains unchanged and available in its original location.
The Writing Box is the central writing space. Write or paste the current document there. EthiCo does not automatically replace your words. You decide when to request assistance and which suggestions to accept, reject, ignore, or edit.
Writing Help may offer optional spelling, grammar, punctuation, clarity, repetition, and word-choice suggestions. Turn it on only when you want assistance. Your original writing remains in the Writing Box.
Format Original Writing creates a separate formatted copy for the selected publisher or document purpose. It does not silently rewrite or replace the original Writing Box.
The Writing Library holds named writing saved from the Writing Box. Open saved writing to continue it, then save it again under the same name to update the continuing work.
Learn to Write provides step-by-step practice in sentence writing, paragraph writing, vocabulary, punctuation, grammar, clarity, editing, strengthening, formatting, and presentation. These lessons are separate from the normal Writing Desk.
Save a practice session when you want to return to your writing and EthiCo’s teaching response later. Learning Sessions may be opened, copied, printed, downloaded, or deleted without changing the original Writing Desk.
